شرح أطول لتطبيق أوّل جلد Codex مع الحفاظ على إمكانية العكس.
قبل البدء
Skins style Codex at the visual layer only, over <code class="font-mono text-fg-2">127.0.0.1</code>. No app files are modified and your API key is never touched.

ثبّت محرّكًا مرّة واحدة
انسخ أو نزّل محرّك جلود مثل Codex Dream Skin، أو استخدم مديرًا كـ Codex Skin Manager. إعداد لمرة واحدة على جهازك.

ابحث عن جلد في الفهرس
تصفّح الفئات أو ابحث حسب الأجواء واللون. افتح صفحة الجلد لرؤية الوصف والمنصات المتوافقة وتلميح التثبيت الدقيق.

انسخ وطبّق
اضغط نسخ على تلميح التثبيت، وألصقه في Codex Desktop، أو نفّذ أمر CLI. ستتحدّث مساحة العمل فورًا.

تحقّق واحتفظ بالمصدر
أكّد المظهر الجديد ثم احفظ رابط المصدر في المفضّلة. إذا حدّثت Codex وتعطّل جلد، أعِد خطوة الاستعادة للعودة إلى الأصل.
نصائح
- Start with a featured skin — it is the most likely to apply cleanly through the engine's default preset.
- انسخ نصّ التلميح كما هو؛ فالتعديلات الصغيرة قد تغيّر ما يطبّقه المحرّك.
- احتفظ برابط المصدر في متناول اليد حتى تستطيع الاستعادة أو إعادة التطبيق بعد تحديث Codex.
- استخدم عوامل تصفية الفئة والأجواء لتضيّق 100+ جلد إلى القليل الذي يناسب ذوقك.
اختيار محرّك
يحدّد المحرّك طريقة تطبيق الجلود والصيغ المتاحة. جميعها مجانية ومفتوحة المصدر.

Prompt applies but nothing visibly changes
Confirm the engine is running and pointed at the right Codex window. Restart Codex Desktop, then re-apply.

Skin looks different from the preview
Previews approximate the source palette. Check the source link for the exact theme file and version.

Codex updated and the skin stopped working
Use the engine's restore-to-default option, then re-apply. Keeping the source link makes this a two-minute fix.

CLI /theme says no themes installed
Run the port install script first, then reopen the CLI prompt. Some ports cache colors at startup.
